Guided Meditation can improve your mood, coping skills, focus, resilience, sleep and productivity in a kind and sustainable way. Repeat practice has also been shown to alleviate anxiety.
You will be guided to a place of calm in your mind that’s always available to you, even in times of high stress.
Once full relaxation is achieved during the class, it becomes easier for you to access that state in other situations.
Chairs will be provided. Feel free to bring your favourite yoga mat if you prefer to meditate lying down. We also have mats you can use if you don’t have one of your own.
