Feedback prize draw 2021

1. This prize draw is run and promoted by Share Bristol CIC company number 12596714. 
2. The closing date is midnight on Monday 6 December 2021. Entries made after the closing time will not be entered into the prize draw. 
3. Share Bristol aims to contact the prize winner within a week of the close of the draw, to arrange the prize. However we cannot be held liable if we are unable to meet this deadline.
4. Share Bristol intends to announce the winner, by first name only, within a week of the close of the draw.
5. Any enquiries concerning this prize draw should be sent to: Share Bristol CIC, 11 Balmoral Court, Bristol BS16 9DA or hello@sharebristol.org.uk.
6. The prize is one free standard annual membership of Share Bristol for use in the Library of Things, 1-5 High Street Kingswood BS15 4AA. This can be in the format of an extension to an existing Share Bristol membership, a new Share Bristol membership or a Share Bristol gift membership, as preferred by the winner.  
7. Individuals who are over 18 and have completed our six month feedback survey can enter into the free prize draw. If a prize winner is later found out to be under 18 or has not completed the feedback survey the prize may be cancelled with immediate effect. 
8. Employees of Share Bristol and their family members are not permitted to enter.  
9. Entries are limited to one entry per individual.  
10. Share Bristol cannot accept responsibility for loss or corruption of data in transit. 
11. Share Bristol is committed to protecting your personal data. For information on how we do this, see our privacy notice. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will only be used to administer the prize.  
12. There is no entry fee for the prize draw and no purchase is necessary to enter.  
13. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered, even in the case of cancellation.
14. Share Bristol will select the winner at random from all valid entries, in accordance with these terms and conditions. All such decisions will be final and binding.
15. Share Bristol may substitute any prize that is awarded with one of equal or greater value as it, at its sole discretion, may determine.  
16. The prize is not transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Share Bristol reserves the right to offer an alternative prize. 
17. The prize should be claimed by the winner by 31 January 2022. After this date Share Bristol reserves the right to withdraw the prize or pick a replacement winner. 
18. If the prize winner decides not to accept the prize, they must notify Share Bristol of such a decision in writing and will, with effect from the date of such notice, forfeit any and all claim to the prize. No alternative prize will be awarded. Share Bristol reserves the right to deal with the prize declined in such a manner as it sees fit. 
19. Share Bristol reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice due to any event outside their control.
